MISSION

To encourage the articulation of our university’s research and development strategies and priorities, and to elevate the quality of education, teaching, and research. This includes promoting the international experiences and collaborations of faculty members and research assistants, facilitating the discussion of their research at international levels, and contributing to the university's attainment of its deserved prestige. We aim to ensure that research outcomes from project work are applicable, add value to the national economy, and lead to patents. By providing necessary support to increase the number of researchers, we strive to foster a knowledge-based society in science and technology and enhance Turkey’s international competitiveness. Our mission is to achieve significant advancements in both the quantity and quality of our university's scientific and artistic output and to develop projects that strengthen the relationship between Şırnak’s industrialists and our university, thus contributing to the economy of our province and our country.

The vision of the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit is “to enhance the quality of scientific research conducted by university departments through a modern approach that integrates technological resources, reflects all contemporary and scientific advancements in its work, fosters innovative thinking, emphasizes productivity, and utilizes all resources effectively, economically, and efficiently.”
