BAP Automation System Training Session to Be Held

The Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit of Şırnak University will organize an online BAP Automation System Training Session to help academic staff efficiently manage their research project applications.

As applications for the 2026 Second Term Scientific Research Projects (BAP) will be submitted through the BAP Automation System, the training session will be delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rasim Çekik, a faculty member of the Department of Computer Engineering at Şırnak University.

The training will provide practical guidance on accessing the BAP Automation System, creating new project applications, completing application forms, uploading required documents, and tracking project applications. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the use of the system.

The training session will take place online via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 20:00 (Türkiye Time). All academic staff members of Şırnak University are invited to participate.

Training and Participation Details

Applications for the 2026 Second Term BAP Projects will be accepted through the BAP Automation System from October 19 to November 13, 2026.

All researchers are strongly encouraged to attend the training session to become familiar with the system and ensure a smooth and successful application process.

This announcement is brought to the attention of all academic staff.
