Five faculty members from our Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Health Sciences submitted project applications in their respective fields, with a total budget of 30 million TL.
The GAP EKÜS program aims to support regional development in a multidimensional way by encouraging innovative project ideas in the fields of economic growth, social welfare, cultural sustainability, and social transformation. The applications prepared by our faculty members are likewise intended to provide solutions to regional needs, transfer academic knowledge into practice, and further strengthen university–society collaboration.
The projects prepared in the fields of agriculture and health sciences are expected to make significant contributions, particularly in areas such as sustainable production, local development, social impact, and the strengthening of regional capacity. In line with its vision of transforming scientific output into social benefit, our University remains firmly committed to supporting a strong project culture and contributing to regional development.
This total project application volume of 30 million TL stands as a strong indicator of our University’s research capacity, institutional vision, and academic approach centered on regional development.
